If you watch J. Lo's last tour doc, it seems like she is the primary parent that is always with them and he is pretty unreliable. It didn't sound like he did much parenting at all, even though they pained themselves to not actually say that but, for example, he was supposed to perform with her in Puerto Rico and had agreed to it but they were all about the fall back plan and not going to announce it because they basically said "who knows if he will actually show up, even if he did agree"... me thinks she is the one doing all the lifting as the parent.

Her kids are in private school. If they are primarily with her on tour at their age, that's a pretty disruptive, chaotic thing to inflict. Few female performers tour with children at that age because the kids have their own lives, they are not looking forward to orbiting around their performing parent, they want to be the center of their lives, that's developmentally appropriate not touring with your superstar mother...good lord. I doubt it is not shared custody, she just traveled out of the country for that movie, they were with their father at least some of the time and she just traveled with affleck and they were likely with him then. Heavy lifting my ass. She lives for her career and self promotion,. it's obvious.

I think Jlo's mom does a lot of the caretaking.

He is not as prone to and enmeshed with the massive pr efforts and massive self promotion efgorts that have been a part of her career for many years.

The kids came after they broke up and quite frankly both of them rushed into bandaid marriages with quick kids to make-up for it. I think Jennifer Garner was having unprotected sex with Ben within months of his engagement falling apart.

And let’s be honest, Marc Anthony is not an A list celebrity like JLo and Ben. I wouldn’t comment on his parenting because I don’t know anything about him except he had that one song and he married JLo. But fine- all three seem to be selfish and absent parents.

Marc Anthony may not be as well known in the US market but he is a top Latin star and in salsa music. He is extremely talented, ten times more than JLo. His shows sellout in US and Latin America. Take the time listen to his music. Just because you have never heard of Marc Anthony doesn’t make him a nobody.
