It’s really not that hard, especially if you’re getting your MBA. Just “network” within your grad and undergrad friend groups? That’s always worked well for me and I’ve never slept with anyone who makes less than I do (~$220k).

Similar for flat chested women. Yes, they can get boob jobs, but men who like big chested women are not going to look at a flat chested woman and think, "potential with boob job".

Even if a man thought, "potential with boob job" as someone with small boobs, that would never happen. Either you like me or your don't... Weight is a health issue and I can even see why people could have an issue outside of how unattractive people see it as.

But you did get married like many other shorter men. It's funny how in these threads the men go on and on about how they want an attractive young partner but then want to date anything and everyone and complain when women call them short and refuse to date them. It works both ways. You may refuse a curvy female or flat chested female and she may refuse a short male.

Women may want 6 ft 3 millionaires and find they can't get married. Men find anything over 30 an unattractive beast and find they can't get married. Ah it's interesting times.

Yes, this is modern woman's dilemma. The part of her brain she controls knows that being provided for and protected is not dependent on a man's stature, as it was 20,000 years ago. She continues to be physically attracted to height and strength, however. She can't help it and it is not wrong.

I think most women would be fine with less than $500K. They are looking for someone who can at the least be an equal partner. I don't know any successful women looking for a man who makes $500K+ only. They are looking for men who make about the same as them, which is usually around the $100K - $150K mark. My DH and I make about the same, about $160K.

NP here. As a young man, I tried to do the right thing. I dated women who could stand to lose a few pounds, not the most attractive on the basis that they would be better people than the 8s, 9s, and 10s that have their choice of men. Boy, was I wrong! They proved to be just as entitled and treated me just as badly as I feared the attractive women would.

After that experience, I decided that it was 7s or better for me. At least if I was going to be treated poorly, I’d enjoy the ride. Except that didn’t happen. Found a hottie who appreciated me and married her.

TL; DR: Men, don’t settle.
