| I'm coming in late and haven't read all the pages...but did anyone else see him with his buzz cut and think that he cut off all his hair in an effort to avoid leaving hair at the crime scene? I think GF wasn't here for the murder but helped him clean up afterwards. He probably told her that the poor wife came after him and he was defending himself. |
Brilliant example. If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit. |
That was the most messed up prosecution ever. The jury did not understand how conclusive DNA is. We have come a long way from that. |
She filed the divorce papers, not him. And it was because he was a threatening, abusive asshole, not because he was cheating on her. |
Maybe but she clearly stated in the divorce filing that her complaint also stemmed from the fact that he was trying to move his 'paramour' and her 10-year-old daughter into the marital home. I don't know if he was trying to disguise her as his personal secretary for his business or what, but the wife didn't like it. |
I thought that was in a custody filing, not the divorce petition. |
According to the New York Post this came to light in the initial divorce filing and then was subsequently re-visited in the child custody hearings because she actually moved in once Jennifer left. Jennifer sued Fotis for divorce in June 2017, alleging that he was having an affair and wanted to move his “paramour” and her 10-year-old daughter into the couple’s 15,000-square-foot home in Farmington. https://nypost.com/2019/05/29/estranged-husband-of-a-missing-connecticut-mom-wants-custody-of-their-kids/ https://www.courant.com/news/connecticut/hc-news-michelle-troconis-relationship-fotis-dulos-20190603-wvhyjb3j6ret5p3qde3ygfrg2q-story.html |
Yes he could argue that but will the jury believe it? I think not. Five innocent children now have no parents due to his actions. I don’t think a jury will buy his excuses. Also I think they will find a part of her somewhere. What an awful statement. |
+1 I'd convict this guy in a heartbeat. |
PP here. You're right. I just meant in comparison with the murderer. On the other hand, maybe she participated in the murder. |
Have you noticed that the individuals involved in these types of crimes (both victim and murderer) are usually fairly attractive couples and often the murderer is engaged in an affair. |
Male entitlement. I deserve what I want, when I want it. To hell with who is in my way. |
Similar outlook on life that Michelle Troconis has demonstrated. https://heavy.com/news/2019/06/michelle-troconis/ |
The ones that are publicized, you mean? It ups the public interest level when the people involved are rich and attractive. |

Holy cow --
Apparently Fotis' mom was killed by a nanny several years ago. Nanny only spoke Greek?! I WONDER.... 'The nanny’s statement to police was written by Fotis Dulos, according to DailyMail.com, because she wasn’t able to read or speak English well. The police report said Fotis Dulos read the statement back to the nanny in Greek before she signed it.' https://www.stamfordadvocate.com/local/article/Grandmother-of-Dulos-children-seeks-custody-at-13938281.php |
