Russians Compromising Trump

Anonymous
The intel community is actually widely conservative/Republican. Not sure why folks think they would lie? Or that the whole source for this is 4chan. People are delusional as Trump!!

Your English just isn't that convincing. You need to work on punctuation, grammar and syntax.

Oh please. I am direct descendant of William Bradford and Noah Webster. I am as American as they come. Now tell me who sets FP in our country?

You are a direct descendant. Clearly you didn't inherit Noah Webster's facility with language.

CNN has reviewed a 35-page compilation of the memos, from which the two-page synopsis was drawn. The memos originated as opposition research, first commissioned by anti-Trump Republicans, and later by Democrats.

From this article:

http://www.cnn.com/2017/01/10/politics/donald-trump-intelligence-report-russia/index.html

Some of the memos were circulating as far back as last summer. What has changed since then is that US intelligence agencies have now checked out the former British intelligence operative and his vast network throughout Europe and find him and his sources to be credible enough to include some of the information in the presentations to the President and President-elect a few days ago.

In other words, they have created their own Assange. This is hilariously obvious

I believe it is nearly universally accepted that the data released by Assange was accurate. Are you conceding the reports about Trump are similarly accurate?

We've kinda been trying to not be enemies with Russia, but Putin hasn't been cooperating.

You know the Saudis are a putative friends and yet regularly undermine US interests? You know NATO countries and Israel spy on the US regularly? These are always complicated relationships and whether countries are allies or enemies is often a question of whether or not they serve the interests of the best connected Americans.

How many journalists have NATO countries jailed or assassinated? I suppose they're behind the polonium poisonings as well, right?

Start with:
-Julian Assange
-Barret Brown
-an at least 3-digit number in Turkey

We were just discussing on MSNBC how the head of the RNC Priebus I asked Donald Trump if he could see his passport. Donald Trump showed him his passport and he said he's never even been to Eastern Europe let alone Russia

Never? Trump said he's never ever been to Russia or to Eastern Europe?

MSNBC is trashing CNN right now. Even their calling out CNN saying you don't run a story with unsubstantiated claims. The scene CNN had enough clout to wear if they report something you kind of have to pick it up at another newsagency, but you have to be careful. One of the anchors on the show that she's in Paris for the American media right now

Do you even remotely believe that's true? First of all it's Preibus. Second of all someone who travels as much as Trump would have long ago filled up a passport that bore proof of travel to Russia in 2013. Maybe his current one doesn't have a Russia stamp. It's literally not possible he has never ever gone.

How is it unsubstantiated? 4 heads of intel stand behind it.

Russia is not serving our interests as they laugh at us. They are not serving our interests when they make military incursions into Georgia and Ukraine. They did not serve our interests when they sold air defense systems to Iran(!) to harden them against a future attack on their nuclear program. They did not serve our interests when they tested a ground-launched cruise missile in clear violation of the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces treaty signed in '87. The Malaysian airliner? Russia. Noncooperation in Syria, primarily because Syria has been Russia's client state since the Soviet days. Russia's actions in Aleppo probably constitute war crimes. And oh here's a gem: Russia is thinking about re-establishing a military base on Cuba: http://www.pravdareport.com/world/americas/07-10-2016/135811-russia_cuba_vietnam-0/

Russia is not in any way a putative friend with whom we have some areas of competition.

Even in the most generous understanding, this is too categorical.

Saudis fund Al-Quaeda big time. Including terrorists that target the U.S. and those that target the Assad regime. Russia bombs the ones in Syria. As a patriotic American, I am grateful for this. And if it also ruins the parasites in the military industrial complex who loot the public purse by selling snakeoil solutions (e.g. the F-35 and the many other DoD/intel boondoggles) to imaginary problems, it is a good thing.

The incoming US President has just compared our country to Nazi Germany. Amazing.
