I think all the heritage Montgomery County employees retired and so now we have all new employees that never plowed snow before or any big snowfall. I think that's why the roads are messed up after the big snowfall we had.

Some Montgomery County roads have "snow emergency route" signs which means "no parking" on snow days and people have been parking their cars on those streets. If they get damaged by the plows, fire trucks, or rescue trucks, there's no way to be compensated for the damages.

Ice been up and down Viers Mill Road and Aspen Hill roads last week.
