Voting R is saying you’re ok with vouchers.

Can you show me where a candidate endorsed by the Fairfax GOP has to agree to support school vouchers?

The GOP supports vouchers. If a candidate seeks and gains the endorsement of the GOP then it’s on them to differentiate any differing positions. Which R candidates have said they don’t support vouchers?

Yeah, I don't find that persuasive. Again, can you point to anything that says, as a condition of receiving an endorsement from the Fairfax GOP, the candidate agrees to support vouchers?

If not, you're just trying to create noise.

We all know some Republicans favor vouchers. That wasn't the question. The question is whether any candidate endorsed by the Republicans has to agree to support vouchers as a condition of receiving a GOP endorsement.

If you can't answer that question, just admit you don't know or remain silent.

DP. Since there does not seem to be any competition for the GOP endorsement, it doesn't really matter.

Republicans could have a platform and local aspirants could be advised they need to support the platform. Or not.

It seems some here want to imply all GOP-endorsed candidates support vouchers without actually knowing whether that's the case.

Random slogans aren't of much use. It's about as meaningful as some Rs going off about "Soros Money."

I have NEVER been in favor of vouchers until the last two years. I'd still prefer reform, but if they cannot reform, then......

If they are not going to teach, but indoctrinate, there is a problem.

Public school through Masters +.
Taught in public schools. Only in public schools.
Sent kids to public schools.

Yes. When I taught, we did not indoctrinate. We worked very hard to keep our politics private.

At what FCPS schools and in what manner do you think kids now are being "indoctrinated"?

If I could indoctrinate, I’d indoctrinate them to come to class on time with all their materials. I indoctrinate them not try to sneak their phones every five minutes, and to maybe stop talking during instruction time.

It’s too bad too many parents believe what conservative media tells them.

Current teachers aren’t doing the same? Do you have examples? How old are your children?
