Options for opposing Connecticut Avenue changes?

You misunderstood. It is in the part of DC you can’t touch.

Are you posting from inside the White House?

Actually, you don't need to worry, because the proposal has been approved and there's nothing to oppose anymore.

We’ll see buddy, we’ll see. There may not be anyone to approve your crappy proposals any longer the way DC Council is working itself out of a job and DC into a crime infested place of war on its people.

Please turn off Fox News.

Not Fox. Just people sick of illogical fever dreams of the small minded people who love oppressing others

Can I ask how the bike lane is oppressing you? Or is it still too painful for you to talk about?

People are bused around all the time. They get on the bus, and the bus takes them closer to where they want to be. And then they don't need to worry about parking. It's way better than Communism, it's public transit!

In DC they are stabbed on the buses so Communists at least did it better. Good luck controlling red blooded Americans.

No one is trying to control you. I take the bus when I want to take the bus, because I find it more pleasant to sit and let someone else drive me between my house and my office while I read or whatever than I do dealing with driving surrounded by angry people. You want to drive, great! Please remember not to hit any pedestrians or cyclists while you're at it.

Also, just in case you're thinking of going Commie, they don't always do it better: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-china-23765800

They don't oppress anyone they're just an astounding waste of resources that make things worse and aren't used.

I too enjoy taking a bus in Europe. In DC I don’t because I don’t enjoy sitting in filth and urine while being stared, stabbed and sprayed with billets

Bullets.
And yes that happened to two metro buses in central DC this year

No one gets stabbed on the Conn Ave buses where the bike lane is. I am also for more buses, more bus lanes - the bikes can get on the bus - there is a thing in the front where they can put them

Yes they do. Also sit in urine and bedbugs

There was a stabbing on the bus on Wisconsin and Newark last year.

I've ridden Metrobus many hundreds of times and was never stabbed, stared at and sprayed with bullets while sitting in urine and filth. Also, you sound like someone afraid of your own shadow who isn't fit for this world.

And somehow a car driving on that same street is magically not also going to be in an equally likely chance of being caught in gun crossfire?
