Says he was deported in 2017 but re-entered illegally again.maybe if we had a wall or better border protection, this lowlife would not have come back in.

The States Attorney’s prosecution unit that handles sex offenses is comprised of almost all female prosecutors. What exactly do you want? For them to fake evidence to get a fake conviction? Otherwise, that’s how the justice system works. Specific standards of evident must be met at each step of the charging and prosecution. If not, no case. |

Interesting how Kevin Lewis' reporting at Sinclair-owned WJLA has changed from Montgomery County local news reporter to exclusively covering crimes committed by men with latin sounding names in Mont Co. Probably a coincidence, I'm sure. |

I live in MoCo and I don’t really care who Lewis works for. Just glad that someone is covering these stories and bringing to light an issue that is affecting women in MoCo. Sounds like he’s covering rapes against women. If those rapes are committed by men with ‘Latin sounding names’ (??? What does that even mean? What is a Latin name?). Then that really isn’t his fault. |

I find it interesting that you seem more. concerned about who is reporting on this crime and not the crimes themselves. It also is news-worthy that 7 rapes/assaults by illegal aliens, that just so happen to coincided with Elrich's declaration that MoCo would not cooperate with ICE, have occurred in just over a month. When assaults happen this frequently, and particularly to children, in a single jurisdiction, it is news. It is totally understandable that he is reporting on these rapes and assaults. And, BTW - these aren't just men with "Latin sounding names." They are men who are in our country illegally. |

No he is not reporting “rapes against women” there are about 10 a week in moco but nary a word about any of the other ones. |

What makes you think this? Had these men been promptly deported, detained until their immigration hearings or better yet sent back to Mexico to wait, this would not have happened and at least 7 men would not have had the opportunity to rape children and women here. Removing any threat from the community is positive, even if it doesn't solve the entire threat that includes American attackers. |

It makes me think this because you are not discussing how to stop all rapes in Montgomery county. The only reason these men were here is because ICE is not doing their job. Thanks to moco they will he tried and convinced. If ICE had their druthers they would just let these men go again. Please answer why we would send them to Mexico? They are not Mexican!
