Who are the top girls coaches in the area?

Why don't you go to some training sessions and form your own opinion??? Posting on an anonymous forum asking for responses that hold any weight is stupidity.

It's low hanging fruit to start a troll war, along with questions like:

which league is the best league
which club is the best club
how do you get recruited

They don’t need players for their DA teams. Recruiting is done from their second team, hence Development Academy.

For its U19 team, FCV posts how long its DA players have been with the club and each player's college commitments. I have no firsthand experience with FCV. For anyone who wants to see it, check it out at https://www.fcvirginia.com/roster/show/4297624?subseason=524678.

Very impressive. Only (3) 1 year players and 2 of the 3 are goalies. I have to admit this says a lot, I’m curious about the new girls. Did their college recruited them under FCV?

Who cares. Every path is different. Get recruited in the name of the game.

Don't put information like that out here. The lunatics will lose their minds. Seriously, thank you for posting. Hadn't seen that before and the commitment list is impressive as is the fact that most of those players appear to have come through the FCV system. All clubs should put his type of information out there.

No, they were committed before they switched to FCV.

The WV commit goalie is a top player from SoCal but moved her to get in state college tuition and picked FCV to play somewhere her senior year.

The FCV U19 team is strong but it's the last strong team for the club. This team was formed back when FCV and MYS were the only game in town. Following U19 each age group at FCV gets weaker and weaker relative to other local clubs.

As previously stated, FCV older teams are great. So are MYS older teams. The landscape has changed. There are more than two top options available now.

FCV should also make known the year they committed. Many of FCV 00/01 team committed while FCV was still ECNL. During their Freshman and sophmore year.

Who cares. So desperate to club bash that you're losing focus.

The best teams get the most attention. Putting your kid in the best possible position to succeed is a smart move.

Winning attracts everyone. .

Give FCV its due. MYS and FCV are the two strongest clubs in NoVA.
