Perhaps the real story here is that there are many, many people who become targets of the RWNM (I learned the acronym from a libertarian): they are hounded on social media, have their accounts hacked, and receive e/mails and phone calls where they and/or their children are threatened. In some instances, people show up outside their homes. In extreme circumstances, they drive to DC, armed with a gun, and threaten the patrons of a local pizza parlor over allegations of operating a pedophile ring. These people are not public figures and do not receive press coverage in the way that Carlson has over the Smash Racism protest outside his home. FWIW, I do not support this tactic. At the same time, I seriously question the hyper concern about Carlson and his family's well-being when he has "terrorized" many, many individuals and/or their families through his show, especially when he doxxes them and is not held accountable for this journalistic transgression.

Although I will offer Jeff an absolute assurance that his vehicles will not be damaged, his door frame will not be broken, and we will respect his property.

But we absolutely WILL show up in the middle of the night and raise hell with a bullhorn for a few hours.

I'd agree if this was Bill O'Reilly, who used to send junior producers like Jesse Waters out to stalk "lefty crazies" at their homes with a Fox News camera crew. To my knowledge Tucker doesn't do that.
