| I don't know these people but only a fool would sign up for a Daddy Coach team. Therr are dozens of other teams with professional coaches nearby. |
GA, for sure. I can think of several. Probably not ECNL. |
“Oh, you have a problem with your coach? Why don’t you just file a report with the TD?” Whoops |
TSJ/ Coach 22 is calling |
Which is why the whining falls on deaf ears. |
Does Coach Daddy also have her practicing with the boys? I just don’t get why people put up with this. |
If you got enough parents involved something could potentially happen but once again that takes real balls to talk about someone else's kid and air your personal grievances in person and not whining anonymously online 🤣. Got nothing to do with this situation but after a couple pages I'm tired of reading about it unless someone actually does something. |

It’s sad a club would let parents dictate where a kid is placed. You know those kids aren’t asking to play up 2 years and if they are it’s to only play with friends.
They are basically prioritizing playing with friends over other kids development. |
| Its not like the club announces that the team your kid is getting an offer for has a parent coach and BFF situation. You don't know until its too late. |
Nobody will take her. She’s good, but definitely not great for playing two years up. She’s about half the size of the other girls on the field and gets bounced around by the bigger girls. Her speed and skills don’t match the level of a typical U14 ECNL/GA player. |
Everyone knows it’s his kid. This is no surprise. Yet, people still sign up for it. Also you are seeing it the wrong way, he is proposing the development of his kid over the teammates. |
That team has mostly been the same group for like 4 years and it's not the first time he's coached them. So try again lol |
We all know he doesn’t care and will remain the TD at NVA. Parents stay only if their kids are favorites, friends, or starters; those who can’t accept it leave. He brings in outside players to play up just to collect payments. Last year, the roster was announced as 20 players only after everyone had paid. Others are benched or sent down repeatedly. It’s a vicious cycle. My kid isn’t even on his team, but as long as he has a role as TD, I will take my kid elsewhere next season. |
The team is literally the same besides a few additions and a couple that went Loudoun, nobody left. I can't speak for next season but seemingly the only ones with the issue are outside the bubble. You're trying to stir but you're not cooking. |
| I love all the McLean coaches on here trying to stir the pot. Negative recruiting is the only way they can attract talent over there. Sleazy all the way |
