I think he did this for two reasons. We was worried about another pathetic crowd size. But he also wants to deter the maga base from showing up. He needed the fist-pumping, red-hat-wearing, rally-going faction for votes, but he has been distancing himself from them ever since election day. He is surrounding himself with billionaires and pandering to the “elites” that he and maga supposedly hate so much. He has even named “Hollywood Ambassadors” to try to win them over. Lmfao
