NP. It is a shame that we are forced, for the third time in a row, to vote for a bad candidate selected by party bigwigs. Hillary was corrupt and unlikable, Biden too old, and Kamala a ridiculous unlikeable idiot who is in way over her head. I am furious that we don't have an open convention.
Even though Trump should be very easy to beat, we still don't have a candidate who can assure that. |
55% of white women voted for Trump in 2016. He’s good. |
They had bodily autonomy guaranteed by the government in 2016 and 2020. He’s so not good. |
Not if Taylor Swift supports the childless cat lady Kamala . That’s going to drive her crazy fans to vote blue |
And he only pulled 42% in 2020. He ain't got this. |
Will you vote for someone who partnered with a person he called Hitler? |
And that was before Dobbs |
Like it or not, women have to prove they can be in control and assertive for top leadership positions. The Head of Secret Service didn’t do women any favors. Neither has the fact that Kamala has passively sat in the back seat while our current President has been mentally and physically incapable of basic skills and said nothing at all. This doesn’t give the impression of assertive or good leader to me. |
We’re hoping that Thomas and Alito kick the bucket so she can appoint new SCOTUS and change the balance again. |
What about 2020? |
She can promise to sign the Women's Health Protection Act if Congress passes it. This in turn will hopefully energize people to vote for Democrats downballot so that a bill can pass and reach her desk. |
I'm an Independent, former R ( a long time ago), but if Harris wins, I will be attending the inauguration with my 16 yr old DD.
I may not agree with all of her politics (and I used to live in CA and wasn't that big of a fan of hers), but the fact that the greatest country in the world has finally elected a female, when even 3rd world conservative countries have in the past, is something. I'm somewhat of a feminist, so yea, I'll go to the inauguration just to see the first female POTUS sworn in. |
We don’t need to rely on polls just look at the fundraising numbers and the amount of unique grassroots donations, and the amount of first time givers and the surge in voter registration. That’s real hard data not polls which are ridiculous snapshot in time and this hasn’t even begun to resonate with the average American. But yeah, let’s give it a couple weeks and see what the polls say I predict a landslide election. People do not like fascism, but they’re just tired and beaten down and this election was seeming like a slog. Harris now in the race has unleashed, the fury and energy that Democrats have always had but we’re just tired with Biden. He’s been a great president, but we needed fresh blood. With his graciously passing the torch we now have that. Onward! |
