Raven handled that public dump beautifully. She kept saying she was sorry and it's ok, and never sobbed. She's a class act and SK is a jerk.

I grew to like her more and more as the season went on. I thought it was brutal editing when she was doing jumping jacks while Bart Simpson was pouring his heart out, but I guess I can see myself doing the same thing if I was bored by someone and not interested.

Loved the way she shot down Barnacle at the pool and the way she handled the wedding.

I don't care for her friends. Honestly, I don't care for the friends of most of these people. Are they told to be as obnoxious as possible?

I agree. And the way she embraced the Nigerian wedding customs. She didn't have to do any of that.

SK is just ugh. Raven was very classy about the whole thing. I also felt bad for SK’s mom who seemed so excited that he was finally getting married. Thought it was nice she went and talked to Raven after.

I disagree. I don't think Cole is the villain here. I think he wants to be all on with Zanab. She's pretty insufferable. He shouldn't have made the bipolar comment, but I don't think it was TERRIBLE, and he is otherwise a much better communicator than she is. He is trying. He is showering her with compliments, he tried to cook dinner, he is trying to have fun with the Nerf gun, she shuts him down constantly. The bolded x 1,000. She is horrible. Extremely critical and not fun at all. The bipolar comment was warranted. She is pretty but they are a terrible match. I think Cole and Colleen would be good together.

It was actually the first time she looked pretty, IMO. She wasn't defensive and scheming to get all she could. I don't think SK was a jerk at all - I think he was right to not marry her.

I felt really bad for Raven. I don't think either one of them are ready to be married right now. I couldn't stand Raven at first but like a few other posters I grew to like her. I don't understand why SK even went on the show, maybe by the time he was accepted at Stanford his contact for this show was already done? Or maybe he was just a bit disingenuous. Either way, I still like them both enough. I would really like to see their update at the reunion be that they are dating.

Yeah, for me it was that we didn’t see anything more than positivity from him. It was all “Yes, it’ll be a challenge, but we’ll make it work.” If they ever discussed it at length, it wasn’t shown, and that makes him look like a liar.

Who knows who much of this was scripted by producers and, anyway, they both made good money for making it to the altar. I'm sure it's immensely helpful for his school expenses and her $500 haircuts, botox, and fillers.
