I want to lose the last 10 pounds I seem to keep from pregnancy.
I'm 5'7 and small framed, was 120lb all my life without any afford. I'm 135 now. I'd like to go down to at least 125 in the next 4-5 months as I have an important wedding to a attend. Please recommend low carb diet that worked for you. I love meat and veggies and don't care about calories and WW. Thank you. |

I see that it's south beach and Paleo. I'll try, thank you. And regarding my weight/height ratio, I'm tall but small boned and this weight is totally fine for my built. |
| I don't like a structured diet, like South Beach, because I cannot cook separate meals for me and my family each day. I have had good luck with having oatmeal, fruit, and a protein (e.g., a scrambled egg) for breakfast, a salad lunch (I eat a lot of Chipotle) and then trying to have a nicely balanced dinner meal. With dinner, I try to eat what the family is eating, but I only have a small portion of carbs. |

Paleo... my husband did it and went from 315 to 225... he's kept it off for 5 years now and at 39 years old, looks like a college athlete. 6 pack and all. I'm not complaining!!!
