This is old but I was out with friends and we were discussing "haunted" houses that have sold (like the certain one in the DMV). Anyway, a friend mentioned the CO house. Would you live there? |

| My brother and SIL purchased a home right after (well about 1.5 yrs) a very prominent community man killed himself in the basement. The wife completely remodeled the basement before it went to market. They got it for about 30 percent under market. They plan on living there for at least 25 years so they dont worry about the resale. To be honest its a GREAT house but I dont think I could do it. |
