| I think she will take a plea before the trial. Time served + deported guaranteed or similar is way better than a potential very long sentence. But, she is young and dumb. Her lawyer being paid for by Brendan seems to be SUCH a conflict of interest. If he was not, I would think he would be actively encouraging her to take a plea deal. |
