Paisley and Payton?

Anonymous
We are 30 weeks pregnant with twin girls and are nervous and excited about the new additions to our family. Our last name is pretty generic, so we want to give the girls interesting first names. We picked Paisley and Payton, which we think are unique but not likely to be mispronounced. Any suggestions on middle names? (Our last name is one syllable.) Thanks!

For some reason I'm thinking something old fashioned like Marie, for one.

Congratulations BTW!

Twins' names starting with the same letter?

Sorry but I really dislike both of those names. They sound made up and silly. The kinds of names you might give girls you were hoping would hit it big on the Nashville
Circuit. I don't want to be mean, it is hard though not to be honest.

I don't think OP asked your opinion on the first names, PP. She asked for suggestions on middle names.

It's way too cutesy for siblings, never mind TWINS.

Love,

Melissa (who has a sister named Meredith, and we both hated having names that matched)

You didn't ask but you're going to hear it anyway. You need to pick new names. At least for poor Paisley.

These sound nice to me.

Would you consider Paige instead of Paisley? Paisley makes me cringe!
