I think those are great choices, if that's what you like. No suggestions for middle names. The ladies here are just a bunch of old judgmental hags. Don't mind them, OP.

These are definitely better, OP. I like Lily and Lila but agree with others that they're a bit too close. Lucy or Leah would be great substitutes for one or the other. Madison and Michaela aren't my style but it's nice that they have a family connection. I would avoid using Siobhan, if for no other reason than the pronunciation issues. Your daughter will spend her whole life correcting people, which can get tiresome. I love the combo of Cecily and Simone, but if you're dead set on the same first initial, what about Scarlett or Susannah and Simone?

Of those ideas, I like Siobhan and Simone best.

Maeve & Michaela --each distinct yet have the same first letter and vowel combination

Didn't say I was a fan. Actually, I like Peyton. I know a Paisley and Presley, and a Presley and Peyton, and a Peyton and Parker. You'd fit in great here in East Texas. I prefer older names, but they are your kids. Not mine.

I like the earlier suggestion of Lily and Lucy.

Still cute and matchy matchy, but not as similar as Lily and Lila.

I just have visions of a lifetime of trying to yell at, correct and argue with twin girls whose names sound exactly the same.

Try it yourself OP, yell the names quickly and see what happens.
