| Which DVD workout should I purchase? I am about 15 lbs overweight from baby #2. I also have lost lots of muscle definition and an pretty flabby. Also a problem is that we live in a small apt so noise is an issue. Is one quieter than another? Thanks. |

I did p90x and loved it. Great workout but you do a lot of jumping around so the noise might be a problem unless you can pick a certain time.
I tried insanity months after I finished p90x and couldn't make it through the fitness test at the beginning. It is seriously hard. Depending on the shape you're in, I would say start slow with p90x first then build up to insanity. |
| I agree with the last poster. I have both programs and would go with P90x, but start out slowly - the yoga is seriously tough if you aren't use to it. |
| +1 for p90x |
| I love both and found that doing a hybrid of both was the most useful. |

I have also done both, but I preferred insanity only bc it was shorter & more intense. I lost 18lbs on it, p90x toned me up but i didn't lose any weight.
Also, I thankfully don't have any knee/ joint problems. There's tons of jumping in insanity so it's definitely not for everyone. Good luck |
