+1. I'm not even sure I buy if her family took trips across the pond. She posted a single beach photo of her when she was like age <10 as proof? I'm 25 years her senior and I have more proof of childhood vacations and summers at our family lakehouse than that. She's a millennial, so she grew up with digital cameras and facebook had already become wildly popular while she was at NYU.

Both of these facts go against her “listen to thy body” Mother Nature BS. She is a phony on so many levels.

This kind of thing makes it hard to feel sorry for the hellish time I am sure she is having right now. I listen to her podcast and she often, when discussing breast feeding, mentions when she weaned each and says the 3rd one just wanted to stop at 6 months. If she weaned for a boob job, good on her. But to have to tell all these stories daily and to make that part of your sell is gross.

Her story of self curing her 20 year eating disorder is also really difficult to listen to (on repeat if you listen to her talk much at all). She clearly is still very disordered even if she went from binging and purging to just restricting and over exercising.

Alec is probably struggling to grasp the scope because Hollywood is full of folks who make up their backgrounds, "reinvent" themselves, lie about which college they attended, change their names, on and on and nobody bats an eye. Lying in Hollywood is as natural as breathing.

Minor example would be Stephen Colbert. His surname is actually Cole-bert. Cole-bear was fabricated by him in his late teens to seem more sophisticated.

I am enjoying this unraveling because it is WILD (and props to DCUM!) but I will say I am her age and don’t have many (if any) pictures before 2010. iPhones made it easy but my digital pics from college and the years post are lost on a hard drive somewhere that doesn’t have wifi.

What’s weird is that Baldwin sounds a lot like Trump in that video...that same disjointed self-obsessed rambling where he thinks he’s making some grand point but it’s all barely coherent.
Also, I remember the talk show he started a year or two ago. I was excited for it and then found it unwatchable—he just seemed not particularly bright or interesting.
