How do we do it?

I don't think there's enough to talk about with just Baltimore lacrosse to make a separate forum.

All the news and movement is happening in DMV. Baltimore lax at a standstill.

You aren't going to a club so the recruiting director can do all the work for you. It's up to the player and their parents to do all the work involved in getting recruited. A club is there to get you to the top tournaments where your kid can be seen. A recruiting director gives guidance. This belief that a club does all the work is wild.

Seriously bonkers that any parent believes a person in a job that pays less than Walmart is going to bend over backwards for recruiting every year.

Your friend must be an exception. I’ve heard very different stories from other parents. It’s unlikely they aren’t offering assistance given historical results.

Keep in mind there’s a secondary recruiting coordinator for capital. KJ she gets her girls recruited and the rest have to work with the capital coordinator. So if you don’t go to sssa you may need outside help

Have heard the same about SR girls. The SR coach acts a secondary recruiter for them.

Heard that the 2030 class is a good one and that 12 of them are going to Stone Ridge.

For the ISL and WCAC watchers looking forward to welcoming a new crop of talented Freshman, where else--on the private side--are the top 2030s headed?

You want a forum about Baltimore lacrosse on DC Urban Moms.

Go to Backofthecage.com. That's where the Baltimore action is. However, be warned: they have even more drama and fighting, and it's not anonymous!

backofthecage has been defunct for the better part of a year.

Let the Baltimore lax folks in. More the merrier.

There’s no reason why you can’t have discussions on all 2030 lax here.

Heck I created the IAAM thread and it got good traction

The 2027 BLC girls were vastly superior to the 2030s...not even close. The 2030 Cap team (if mainly BLC) will most likely continue to remain behind the Baltimore teams. Recruiters want the best .
