The exterior is ugly (so ugly they posted a drawing of it, not an actual picture on a can easily see in google maps), and is next to the purple line, but the location is great.

| I bet the roof and/or HVAC or plumbing or something else major is wrong. Maybe moldy basement. I can tell from the pics that the owners were probably cheap with home maintenance. Look at the yard and the deck and basement. And why no real photo of the exterior. It's probably in bad shape except for the paint and hardwood. |
|
The actual exterior is the beige / light brown (stucco?) house at the right of the screen (not the White House with dark roof)

| And it's right on the purple line. I would buy that house. Is that puplr line project still alive? |
|
If a house is relisted this frequently, fraud or dishonesty might play a role.
|
| Purple line is my guess. Look at the overhead google naps shot. Very close. Buyers prob get that full disclosure and when realizing a train might someday be going through their backyards every 3/6/9 minutes a day, everyday, they walk. |
| maybe because the outside of the house looks like a penciled drawing scetch |
| Someone needs to tear that house down. |
I would also support that for all the houses on that street |
That's a pretty outrageous accusation, based on what, exactly? The first and second buyers pulled out relatively quickly - perhaps cold feet, Purple Line info as PPs suggested, or inspection revealed more than the buyers could handle. The third buyer had it under contract for a lot longer, maybe long enough to be an appraisal issue but I don't think this house would have a problem appraising. |
I said MIGHT. We'll see. |
Haha the sketch is Hysterical. Did the sellers just happen to have a pencil sketch of the home, or did they commission it just to use on MLS? |
No, the agents they use often do sketches like that for their own site and it was just repurposed for Redfin. I know b/c I bought a house from one of those agents! I guess they think it's old-fashioned and quaint or something... |
