The first and second buyers pulled out relatively quickly - perhaps cold feet, Purple Line info as PPs suggested, or inspection revealed more than the buyers could handle. The third buyer had it under contract for a lot longer, maybe long enough to be an appraisal issue but I don't think this house would have a problem appraising.[/quote]
