His lawyers are asking for him to be released. The two charges he was found guilty on are not violent in nature so he is not a risk to the public. Plus, the government has his passport.

And we have open borders on the south. All good.

Defense is now requesting releasing him now until sentencing!

I worry for everyone who testified.

Yeah, big time deterrent for anyone else to prosecute & testify in a similar case again. Sigh.

I think he deserves to get released today and he should file a class action lawsuit against media outlets that put out false stories about Justin Bieber among other things

Those stories are not false.

I would not be surprised if more people come forward about things. Many thought they did not need to because they thought this was an open and shut case.

Open season on them now.

Neither. Age.

Release seems unlikely. Even if they forced him to surrender his passport, I would not put it past him to call in the use of a friend's jet to transport him to some place that does not have an extradition treaty. Once he gets out, he is not going back.

Indonesia does not have extradition and a person can live in luxury there for pennies on the dollar compared to the US or Westen Europe.

20 years means he may die in prison. He’s 55 years old
I don't think he'll see any jail time.

He’s already done enough jail time. His daughters must be traumatized. Lost their mother at 12, and their dad gets jailed at 17. They just graduated high school last month. He’s their only living parent. The oldest brother is 30 and he’s raised the sisters/protected them and he’s never trashed any of these women or the media once. His kids seem level headed despite their crazy father

Cassie begged to have a Child with Diddy or to bond with his children (she barely saw them despite a 10 year relationship with Diddy) which says a lot. He didn’t respect her.

She names her firstborn Frankie when Frank Black was Diddys alias for checking into hotels.
Somethings very wrong with her. She wanted to go from girlfriend to something more respectable but it’s obvious he never took her seriously

The money, royalties and goods sales were raising them. Not him. He was too busy making his abuse porn masturbation freak offs.

Good point. His kids need him. I just hope he changes his life. He needs help not jail. I hope he gets off drugs and examines why he is iabusive.

Majority of this case was based on text messages, voice mails, and video tapes.
There were literally times when Diddy canceled freak off sessions and his alleged victims were mad- trying to talk Diddy into changing his mind. There are literally text messages from alleged victims complimenting Diddy sexµally telling them what they wanted him to do and then them visually enjoying themselves on the tapes in chronological order. There were times the Jury was literally laughing during reviewing the freak off videos. This case was so unserious and ridiculous.
Allege victims currently living in $10,000 a month apartments Diddy is still paying for.
Prosecution didn't even charge Diddy for the guns found at his homes but made a big deal out of baby oil. He wanted them “shiny on tape”. I think the real fed heist was to get rid of all the tapes he has of celebrities and A list people just like another poster speculated.

this is crazy talk. His jail sentence would be months and he would be found. He is not a flight risk at all.

Why do you think the jail sentence will only be months when each prostitution count carries a 10 year max?

He should also be worried about civil claims based on the prostitution. Even if he gets light jail time he'll need to relocate to a state with very generous bankruptcy exemptions like Florida, Texas or Utah.

Anonymous wrote:It might be better off for him in jail. He must be so embarrassed by all his dirty secrets getting exposed none of which bode well for a 55 year old man. He was paying millions for sex parties with 20 something women and men and the saddest part is all he did was watch. Why couldn’t he just watch porn? Highly embarassing and hard to come back from this fall from Grace

Yeah right. Narcissists like this? He has convinced himself that he’s great and everyone else is the problem. The end.

The verdict will likely embolden him.

PS - I’m sure Affleck cut ties with JLo for a lot of reasons, but this was likely one of them. If the Feds launched an investigation, you better believe they approached her early on…and that might have been enough for Ben to bounce. Good for him for trying to steer clear of the circus to protect his kids.

Guys, he’s probably getting released today, time served and 3 years probation.
