IRS CI seems to have multiple agents that are smart enough to do the job but are off.. I don't know BB but I'm assuming he's a bit of a dumbass for thinking this train wreck would work.

He’s highly intelligent and everything he does is well thought out many moves in advance. It’s like this with everything in his life. The reason why he was able to buy a 850,000 home (now worth much more) and already had a net worth over 2 mil.

If this was a scheme by him, it really doesn’t fit his way of operating

For practical reasons, BB, trained LE, had his loaded weapon in hand and could have fired again if need be. I think he did not want to fire the definitive kill shot so that if need be AP would take the fall for the more easily proved homicide, not him. Shooting someone on the ground who has been shot in the head when there was an ability to retreat (proved by going into another room) is going to be hard for her to skate on. BB really set up 3 people. And, he did not marry her during the time they were playing house before her arrest.

BB was rendering aid to CB while the AP was covering Joe.

Rendering aid while covering Joe? Ok…Brendan the LE didn’t just shoot Joe again? Instead Brendan told Juliana to go get a different gun, in a different room, in a locked safe and then come back and shoot Joe who was on the ground. Make that make sense.

And why wouldn’t have the AP render aid since she had a trained to be a nurse in Brazil?

Good question.

Unless having her take a shot to increase chances of her silence was the goal rather than CB's well being.

BB needed the AP to take the kill shot with the gun that wasn’t his service weapon. That way she sits in jail and then prison while he continues to manipulate her and possibly get away with murder. Like a previous poster said. BB set up 3 people that day.

I'm proficient with the firearm issued to IRS CI agents. I've fired tens of thousands of rounds through the Glock platform. There is no way that I have the capability to intentionally shoot a person in the head that didn't cause them to die.

I think that BB is guilty as heck. I guess I don't believe that BB is some superhuman mastermind that is capable of some John Wick shooting.

This PP brings up a great point. It makes no sense for BB to plan to shot Joe in the head and then have AP finish the job. It is more likely a head shot would kill.

BB might be guilty of planning the killings but I'm sure there were a few things that didn't go according to plan.

Damn, this post is creepy. How many people know his net income?

AP's trial starts 3 months from today, we will know more soon.

Seems to be working for him, so far.

Anyone else remember when the Beauvoir teacher on the run was posting here?

It's pretty obvious that there are multiple people reading this forum who are either friends of JR, or were acquainted with either BB/CB or AP. I think we're all interested in getting to the truth.
I'm not sure why some people insist on name-calling others as BB's mom every post

Not many rando posters would claim to know BB's net worth. Anyone can look up what was paid for the house.

Hoping that truth and justice prevail, for CB, as well as JR. 3 months to the AP's trial is not long to wait.

I think you're confused. BB's mom used to post here last summer. It was very obvious based on some other things she would post online elsewhere including the same hashtag about JR. Then when she was called out, all of a sudden her IG was locked down.

Agree.

Will be interesting to see all of this play out. Hopefully someone can attend the trial if it goes forward in July to give us the details again.

So sad for the little girl growing up w/o a mom and for JR and CB.

None of my close friends or immediate relatives know my net worth. I also think it is suspicious that one would comment on here about BB’s net-worth making him highly intelligent and thus not capable of murder. It is unrelated. There have been cases of high net worth and highly intelligent people committing murder, like Peter Madsen.

JR did not die instantly. In her own words he was alive/moving and on the floor when she shot him. That is likely enough to convict her of the charges.
I agree with your response, however it doesn't address my point.

I'm saying that the initial shot that BB took that hit JR in the head incapacitated JR. it was dumb luck that a second shot was needed to kill JR. I'm also saying that I've trained with that firearm four times a year for over a decade. I couldn't trust myself to make some bank shot that doesn't quite kill the target.
I guess it’s possible his intent was to wing him and then have AP take the kill shot, meaning he hit the head by accident aiming for the shoulder. Clearly whatever they planned went awry in some way and unless the AP flips we’ll never know exactly how—and even then we’d only know what she knew, not really what BB had in mind.

I hope I’m wrong and AP flips but I continue to think something went awry, he improvised, and she doesn’t know enough to flip. Otherwise she would have already.
