| Our first choice is Vienna for schools, access to the trails, farmers' markets and general community feel but at 650k, we are priced out of most properties we saw. What are other locations we can consider. Our commutes are to Alexandria. |

| You are not priced out of Vienna at 650K. Maybe north of 123, but there is plenty south that is great. It's just a matter of what you value: huge house or location. |

agree. Well, except that I think 123 runs north to south, so I think you will have better luck east of maple. Come on over, the water is fine, and there are, indeed, SFHs less than 650K. |
