The only people that know anything for certain are Brendan and unfortunately, deceased. |
I agree, husband planned murder set-up of his wife. If cops can’t figure that out, they’re dummies! |
Interesting. |
It has been VA's theory all along, proving it beyond a reasonable doubt is another matter. A stronger case for higher charges would be more certain with the only other alive witness' participation. If AP had a public defender, wonder if she would have flipped yet? Him paying for her lawyer seems to be quite a conflict. AP is going down almost certainly, yet BB still walks (and bikes) free. |
Her mother stated in an interview that the family is not paying and that they had received no help from Brazil. Not many other pockets left to tap. |
I'm quite sure this is known by LE. Early on they seemed to claim that there was a shot prior to BB entering the home, which would have been by AP. We don't know if ANYTHING about the timeline/scenario laid out by her lawyer is correct. JR was fully dressed, he had not been in the house long. More to come in July. He came for pre-arranged (we are not sure details and arranged with who) SEX having told multiple people where he would be. He had no motive to walk in and within minutes commit a homicide. |
Good question. Unless having her take a shot to increase chances of her silence was the goal rather than CB's well being. |
BB needed the AP to take the kill shot with the gun that wasn’t his service weapon. That way she sits in jail and then prison while he continues to manipulate her and possibly get away with murder. Like a previous poster said. BB set up 3 people that day. |
I'm proficient with the firearm issued to IRS CI agents. I've fired tens of thousands of rounds through the Glock platform. There is no way that I have the capability to intentionally shoot a person in the head that didn't cause them to die. I think that BB is guilty as heck. I guess I don't believe that BB is some superhuman mastermind that is capable of some John Wick shooting. |

The story about going to another room and him feeding her the combo for the safe and her quickly opening the gun safe under duress is not particularly believable. Nor is the time for delay re: the above if JR posed a true ongoing threat.
For practical reasons, BB, trained LE, had his loaded weapon in hand and could have fired again if need be. I think he did not want to fire the definitive kill shot so that if need be AP would take the fall for the more easily proved homicide, not him. Shooting someone on the ground who has been shot in the head when there was an ability to retreat (proved by going into another room) is going to be hard for her to skate on. BB really set up 3 people. And, he did not marry her during the time they were playing house before her arrest.
BB was rendering aid to CB while the AP was covering Joe.
Rendering aid while covering Joe? Ok…Brendan the LE didn’t just shoot Joe again? Instead Brendan told Juliana to go get a different gun, in a different room, in a locked safe and then come back and shoot Joe who was on the ground. Make that make sense.
And why wouldn’t have the AP render aid since she had a trained to be a nurse in Brazil?
Good question. In her own words he was alive/moving and on the floor when she shot him. That is likely enough to convict her of the charges. |
If cops can’t figure it out - not enough evidence They have been on to this from start
|
A more interesting discussion- what is the psychology behind the husband. ( Pls ignore the Goldwater rude). He’s smart enough- law enforcement training. His alleged affair partner not as attractive.
Is he simply a dumbass? Sorry for not being more polite |

I'm saying that the initial shot that BB took that hit JR in the head incapacitated JR. it was dumb luck that a second shot was needed to kill JR. I'm also saying that I've trained with that firearm four times a year for over a decade. I couldn't trust myself to make some bank shot that doesn't quite kill the target. |
IRS CI seems to have multiple agents that are smart enough to do the job but are off.. I don't know BB but I'm assuming he's a bit of a dumbass for thinking this train wreck would work. |
Someone needs to contact Juliana’s mother and have her convince her daughter to take a plea deal and tell the truth about what happened. |
