Loudoun ECNL is $2500. It's right on their site. FCV does not make fees public.

Why do you have to go spouting off facts that don't match up to FCV fan boy's narrative?

Had it right the first time.

Bobby will be coming your way... runnnnnn!

Serious question....why would Bobby leave FCV? And where would he go? Not just spouting out random clubs....seriously where could he go?

Christian is the man. Not Bobby

The point is....FCV is done with Bobby and his personality. Christian is the man but won't coach club in the area any longer. He is moving on. FCV members are waiting to see where Bobby goes and then they will go somewhere else. Once FCV is done, Christian will move to plan C... Plan A = FCV, Plan B = Washington Spirit, Plan C = Onward and upward and NOT local club ball.

There is always talk about Bobby club hopping -- less about Christian so PP statement is interesting. Is his deal to stay in place with TSJ up this year or something? Why the speculation?

I have no skin in this game (son is u19), but thankfully didn't have to read all 22 pages of this thread to find out a few things.

Loudoun parents are bunch of bitches with a massive inferiority complex. Also, living vicariously through you kids is a sign of someone really unhappy. Celebrate you kids and support them. Tearing others down is pretty classless.

It's wishcasting to assume because you are in a better league that you are going to attract all the best kids. You have to develop them and get them to the top level.

That's where FCV comes in. Are they equipped to do that in a smaller league? Yes, because league play isn't the only way you are recruited. They are in enough elite tournaments and other events to attract scouts. But they're going to have to demonstrate this over the next couple years. If they do, there's no reason they can be similarly successful in GA or whatever league they're in. If they can't, then the market may change.

A result in a u14 tournament or series of results at one level isn't an indication your club is a better club. Teams change yearly. Assuming it is some sort of sea change is very premature. But Loudoun parents are desperate for it to be true, that's for sure.

Thanks FCV dad. No one is fooled by this “u19 boys parent” who is tracking FCV.

What dad of a U19 boy has even heard of a girls-only club.
