Has everyone in here complaining not filed claims with their credit card/banks? If you had as soon as the email was sent out, you would have gotten your money back a couple weeks ago like I did.
If you haven't file yet, please do. Lots of banks and credit cards have a time limit of 60 or 90 days to file a claim. Get them in. If they ask you the type of claim, use "services not rendered". It seems to be one that banks and credit cards are most willing to settle on your side. |
| I am happy to say this morning my entire LS spring rec fee was refunded by my credit card. This was a Navy FCU card. The charge was made back in December and I disputed as soon as they indicated LS wouldn't refund which was way past the 60 day limit Navy FCU has. So it seems banks will work with you if you can show the chargeback is legitimate. |
Did they ask you for some type of proof they didn’t render services? |
Because it’s $82? And the vitriolic posts seem completely incongruous with what is at stake? |
No bit that is what I told them and provided an email receipt. |
Yes. If your don’t have a kid in the program then you’re a troll. If you do have one you’d know the facts and wouldn’t be asking. Have a nice day Bobby and Cory. |
| After my successful chargeback I am wondering if the credit will last on my account lol |
| Looks as though LS is getting pounded on social media for this |
It’s $160 and it’s robbery. Sorry LS homer. We don’t exist to subsidize your club. |
| Everyone needs to submit chargebacks. |
If its "your" club, how were you affected and subsidizing? Very telling, FCV guy. |
Umm, nope. I'm a parent of a rec kid. Not part of "the club." Just a customer who got screwed. |
NP. I agree. Nobody cries this much or this long over $160. It’s that FCV troll that always has to get the last post. Wait for it... |
