| You can be dominant at any age group by simply collecting strong talent. If FCV was great at developing talent they would not need to constantly recruit many players to replace the talent they were supposed to be developing. |

FCV acquires high performing players and develops them into elite talent. Look at the college commits. People are so emotional in these boards about FCV and acquiring players, not developing, moving training, etc.

Sure. If every 6 year old that walks into a club has the athleticism, intellect, heart, desire to play the game, sure. If you have a way of identifying that, you’d have something very marketable. In the mean time, good players gravitate to the best club and coaches that develop those with those gifts into college level athletes. |
