Barr set the conditions for what constitutes a crime, both in his Senate confirmation testimony and at yesterdays press conference. He inferred that while there was no direct proof of Trump hacking servers himself, that coordination with Wikileaks IS A CRIME if Wikileaks conspired with the GRU.

Trump would have obstructed if there were an underlying crime. Well, Wikileaks did conspire and *coordination* is the underlying crime thus obstruction of justice.

My theory is everyone knows an impeachment would lead to a lot of unrest. The reasonable powers at the top would like to just run out the clock on his term.

Unless other stuff comes up, it might be best to let time go by and see a new pres in 2020(well, 2021)

VF was just one guy. I'm talking about the hundreds of others over the years- literally hundreds of people. Then look closely at the people she was associated with- some are outright monsters.

As far as Trump's businesses go, he knows business. I'll explain, number one, you never have your own money invested past securing the loans. Once that happens you pull your assets and start over again. Each time, the business itself is not in your name but under an LLC shielding your other assets in case things go sideways. If you were losing money, you liquidate capital on that position moving it someplace else, then let it bankrupt- again. Banks are willing to secure business loans same as they are a mortgage, it's not your money- which is why you use loans. Show your balance sheets, then borrow again, start another LLC and keep going. He wouldn't need a "Russian bailout" nor be beholden to anyone.

Hillary Clinton isn't President nor is she running for any public office in the country. She is irrelevant. We need to deal with the situation in front of us.

What you describe above, using other people's money to speculate on ventures and then leaving the bank and investors to pick up the slack when you fail, that is incredibly unethical as well.

As for who he associates with, a lot of his campaign people have gone to jail. A lot of his business relationships are Russian oligarchs and the mob. There are bodies there for sure, just likely very well hidden.

No, it's how you run businesses or buy real estate- you use loans. The banks secure the loan because they get to keep the property if it goes under. They generally won't lend out more than 80% of the value and is the reason they use tax statements or appraisals to determine the value of the property. So you get your business by taking a loan for the property and hope the business runs well enough to pay back the mortgage as well as turn a profit. Not that difficult to understand. If we all paid cash for everything, which we honestly should, then we'd never be able afford housing, cars, or businesses. Banks only care about collateral to secure the note- if your business goes under, they own the property and they sell it to someone else.

Traditional banks stopped loaning Trump money. Russian criminals are willing to take a little more risk because they aren't going to let the niceties of an LLC or corporate shield stop them from collecting when the bill comes due.

Sometimes companies go bankrupt. It happens. I'm not saying the man is perfect but you need to honestly ask yourself who are the real criminals? The politicians making millions in slush fund contributions to sell out our country or some guy that ran businesses and later in life- decided to run for president. No one gets to that level in politics by being clean. However I'd say overall- Trump despite all his shortcomings, brutish nature, is less corrupt than those that ran against him. Public servants making a moderate six figures but retiring somehow with tens of millions after decades of abusing the system- should be investigated.

So maybe he's a dirty businessman or maybe he's just a smart guy but overall I feel he genuinely does care about this country. Think about it, he was rich, he already made his money, he could have just retired- but he chose to run instead. How many people have died under suspicious circumstances that were close to the Clintons? Honestly look at that. There's crooked people, there's dirty business people, and then there's just plain evil. For the record, I never personally felt that Obama was evil, I didn't care for him, I didn't vote for him, but overall- I never got that vibe. Same with Trump. Hillary however, she's evil. The people she surrounded herself with- given all that has been revealed through wikileaks, are also evil.
