| YEs, as is the obsessive focus on one essay. |
| 5 kids at my kid's school just got in ED Chicago. Pleasant surprise. |
|
Does anyone know of anyone who got into Chicago this year as EA (not ED)? SO far all I am hearing are deferrals or rejections...
thx |
Not surprising - once Chicago introduced ED II, you know they won't be accepting many from the EA or RD applications |
| EA, ED and SCEA applications were up at all prestigious universities and SLACs. Go and look at the number increase. Each school is "boasting" about the increase, so fewer kids are being admitted percentage-wise EA, ED and SCEA |
I know someone who just got in to Chicago EA. |
| Niece in Chicago accepted to northwestern. |
| Any ED to Northeastern? DC is thinking of switching to EDll from EA. |
| Friend of my DD is in ED at Northeastern. (And DD has applied EA.) |
Did they get any merit money? |
Close friend Ed athletic recruit. Place is still skyrocketing. |
How is their architecture program my dc got into Pratt today. Deciding between NU for EDll and Tulane or Pratt |
5? What do they want to study there? |
Kids are probably working/interning at the school already and the school is impressed. Also, if parents are profs or Palo Alto techies odds are the kids aren’t dumb. |
Yep, skyrocketed to the eighth best college in Boston. That was quite a climb! |
