I feel like both the bible and Shakespeare are elevated to a level in our culture that exceeds their value. The same with Dickens.

I love clothes but hate shopping for them..at the mall, online, doesn't matter. Wish that all the right clothes in the right sizes for every occasion would just appear in my closet. Meanwhile I have a friend who goes on actual shopping trips to nyc regularly
