Look at UVA and from the total number, you can estimate how many years of data is being shown. (Assuming more than 80% of the class applies to UVA.)
Also, if we're talking about the new admission standards, we have to also add the results from the class of 2026. SAT scores are solid. Huge number of National Merit Semi-finalists, etc. 50+ Presidential Scholars candidates. Can't judge the new system based on one class.
Mukai is sending folks back to base school aggressively. So there isn't anyone with a 2.5 still at TJ applying to college this year.
Yes but those kids are going back to their base school with a sub 3.0 GPA their freshman year.
We are not doing anyone any favors by eliminating standards in admission while keeping the rigor.
