This is silly. If ICE wanted to just grab random undocumented Latinos. They could go to Herndon 7 11 and grab a plane full every morning. Same with Leesburg, Manassas, and Arlington. The day labor areas still have hundreds of folks looking for day labor. 25 an hour cash is more than many college grads make per day!

This doesn’t surprise me at all. Maine has a new law that limits cooperation with federal agents.

ICE are not real federal agents. You can say it all you want but it doesn't make it true. Real and professional federal agents do not behave like a bunch of thugs.

While Lewiston and Portland are major by Maine standards, they would represent the smallest metropolitan area to become a special target of the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown. The population of greater Portland, which includes Lewiston, is about 570,000 people.
