I'm sure White has been informed that if he runs again and wins, the Council will simply kick him out again, this time with no investigation, and this time with an addendum that he cannot serve elected office for a certain amount of time.

I think that's pretty close to a foregone conclusion. They elected a philandering crack enthusiast as their CM after he singlehandedly turned the city into a fiscal basket case. Their proclivity to vote for the absolute bottom of the barrel scumbags who happily throw their constituents under the bus in a vain attempt to spite "the man" is matched only by MAGAs.
