I for one think Biden is right to stay. He was elected the party candidate. And he’ll do the best he can to win. He’s what the people elected. He should stay. Nothing has changed since he was nominated. |
Biden is so done. This is going to be a landslide. |
physical and cognitive decline go hand in hand in neurological disorders. Have you noticed Biden’s shuffling gait? His constant falls? Roosevelt used a wheelchair because he had polio as an adult. That’s much different than Biden’s health problems. |
^ dumb, brainwashed MAGA sycophant right here |
Relevance? |
+1 the Biden family is taking down the entire democratic party, and think they are “saving democracy.” They believe their own hype. |
Well said. And all the dems in the country, especially Kamala, now must face the career ending dilemma of what to say about Biden. If they tell the truth, the left wing machine will destroy them. If they continue to lie and say that this obviously demented man is fine, the people will vote them out. I don’t see how Kamala can have a career in politics after Trump wins and she goes down in history for defending Biden’s cognitive ability after what everyone now has seen. |
I shuffle too, because of arthritis that has gotten worse as I've gotten older. I have no cognitive decline. |
+1 this is very bad. |
Biden has a neurological disorder. His speech is affected. |
Well if the choice is between 2 decrepit old men, I'm going with the one without authoritarian tendencies and who doesn't call half the country LOSERS. |
Kamala is damaged goods. She may be the next nominee but she won't win.
Mark Warner of VA, who is probably the most respected D senator, is getting together a group of senators to ask Biden to step down. Not sure how Biden can continue to insist he's not stepping down while key figures in the party are asking him to withdraw without royally damaging the D brand going forward. Funny - just realized if Biden is pushed out, there probably is a small minority of delusional old Ds who think he was knifed in the back and won't turn out on election day. No matter how you game it, Trump is winning one way or another. The election was effectively declared over and done with last Thursday. It's just a sleepwalking zombie zone till November. |
Yes. I think you may be right that the Hunter stress has aged him considerably. But whatever it is, he needs to get a grip. His “all” comment was not the right answer and he’s not going to attract voters with this. This interview did not help his case for staying in the race. |
It was 22 minutes. Eight days after the debate. Shameful. |
“I - I prepared what I usually would do sittin' down as I did come back with foreign leaders or National Security Council for explicit detail. And I realized - partway through that, you know, all - I get quoted the New York Times had me down, ten points before the debate, nine now, or whatever the hell it is. The fact of the matter is, what I looked at is that he also lied 28 times.”
'I couldn't - I mean, the way the debate ran, not - my fault, nobody else's fault, no one else's fault.” - Joe Biden interview answer, when George asked what happened at the debate. |
