In 2020, Joe Biden told us he HAD to pick a black female as Vice President. Now you democrats suddenly don't want to rightfully allow her to ascend? Why? Make Kamala Harris President now. It's the right thing to do. |
What happened to Tim Kaine ? He can say all his stump speeches in Spanish and we can use closed captioning |
I have no idea. But I have even less idea why the folks at the DNC aren’t breaking down this guy’s door to convince him to run. |
Korean Tiger Mom, that's how. |

It’s very hard to believe that’s a real bio, but it is. And if anyone is qualified to be President, it’s that’s guy. Can you imagine him on a debate stage with Trump? The contest would be over before they’d finished introducing him.
In 2020, Joe Biden told us he HAD to pick a black female as Vice President. It's the right thing to do.
I think Joe Biden did her a tremendous disservice by telling us he was picking a black female and then naming her. That introduced her to the country, not as the best qualified and most capable person for the job, who coincidentally happens to be black and female, but that of the available candidates from the overlapping subsets of black people and women, she was the best option remaining. Picking her after limiting his selection pool automatically demeaned her. She may well have been the best person in the nation for the job. I certainly think she is highly intelligent and accomplished. However, neither race not gender intrinsically makes her more intelligent or more accomplished. Are black women more capable than black men? Are black women more capable than women with a Hispanic, Native American, Asian, or Middle Eastern heritage? I think black women are equal to every other subgroup (including old white men) and are capable of earning their positions in a fair and open competition without needing the contest to be rigged. Rigging the race implies they couldn’t have won without that boost, even if they were miles ahead of everyone else all along. Is she the best candidate for President? I honestly don’t know. I certainly think she’s more capable than Biden. Our country is at a crossroads on the edge of a cliff. Picking the best candidate at this time is critical. We need to focus on qualifications - character, intelligence, experience, effectiveness, etc. My first priority is that Trump is defeated. My second priority is that we have someone who history will eventually judge as one of the great American presidents. Their demographics are of no interest, whatsoever, to me. |
You ask the Disney heiress and the CEO of Netflix. They will let you know soon who they pick for you. Hang on tight buddy! |
Sounds like someone else who had expected a coronation. If Joe Biden doesn't want to step aside, and his cabinet won't invoke the 25th Amendment, then he is your candidate and the President until the end of his term. |
They could just swap roles. Harris becomes President, and Biden goes to fix the border by retiring in Arizona ![]() |
Add Christy Walton worth $14 Billion to the list as well. She wants Joe to be replaced. |
+1 DeMoCRaTs ArE saViNg dEmOcRaCY!!!! |
+1 His credentials and background are most impressive!! I'm fairly conservative, and I'd probably vote for him.) |
oh my, the big money donors are telling the DNC what they want. How democratic! |
Clearly you don’t know his story. |
Completely agree. It is worth remembering that she performed worse than the other Dem candidates in the run up to the primary. Now the Dems are stuck with her because ditching her would alienate multiple core voting blocks. |
