There were definitely many signs of Russian disinfo - for example the most salacious of the alleged claims about the Bidens' business dealings were only "corroborated" via Tony Bobulinski and Rudy Giuliani whose "corroborating evidence" sloppily forgot to pay attention to little details like the fact that it was coming from a device connected to a RUSSIAN cellphone provider (MTS RUS) as shown top left of the screen.

They started the letter with their credentials to give the letter credibility and strongly indicated the laptop was Russian disinformation.

And, Ratcliffe was specifically refuting this part:

According to the Washington Post, citing four sources, “U.S. intelligence agencies warned the White House last year that Giuliani was the target of an influence operation by Russian intelligence.”
In addition, media reports say that the FBI has now opened an investigation into Russian involvement in this case.
