Amen

How do you not get bored at home? I love being around people

That's the same as asking, How do you not get exhausted and irritated from being around coworkers?

People are different.

I work at NIH and DH at DHS. We’re supposed to return in mid-April, at least one day per pay period. I’m just hoping they let us return with at least a few colleagues, otherwise I don’t see the point. Good times.

Our agency had planned a return in March. Wondering if caseloads have come down enough for that to actually happen.

DOC should be announcing a date soon.

We just got ours and it’s worse than preCOVID. I will be lucky to retain half of my team and fully expecting my high morale office to tank. I am very disappointed. (Two days of telework allowed per week and with no additional flexibilities offered.)

Well, being allowed to telework has been completely separated from earning the privilege, due to the pandemic. This seems like an attempt to remarry those two. Do you think your office will relax flexibility as time goes by?

One can hope but I think if we roll it back it will be harder to go more flexible.

anyone work for DCMA (DOD component)? Are they offering remote work and/or expanded telework? Also, has anyone heard anything about return to work date?

Has commerce decided on expanded Telework? Does it apply to sub agencies like Census?
