Teach your son's and daughters to stand up and fight for women's rights. Teach them if abortion is wrong if that is your belief but teach them it is not their place to make that decision for someone else and they need to fight to protect that inalienable right.

I’m not religious and I grew up and live in a blue city.

Men hold the same responsibilities but women hold greater ones since they’re the ones who can get pregnant.

Second trimester abortions do happen for convenience. I work in healthcare.

A fetus isn’t your body. It’s a separate human body. When you have an abortion, you don’t kill yourself. It was never your body. You don’t want to give have a baby? Then abstain or use protection

And that separate human body is a real living person whose life matters. You conveniently overlook that fact. You conveniently overlook the dangers to that life from any pregnancy. You conveniently overlook the changes and hardships to that body and life. You think a 9 month pregnancy that could kill or maim and will definitely change a body and life forever is a matter of convenience. You think a zygote is a baby. Most of us have a more nuanced view of things and believe a girl or woman is a real human being with rights, one of which is to determine whether they want to go through nine months of what can be a difficult and dangerous process. Also are you fact resistant? Many of the abortions we’ve been talking about are from wanted pregnancies that, turns out, weren’t safe or sustainable. It’s hard to abstain or “use protection” (quite the little Victorian, aren’t you) when you’re trying to get pregnant and have a child.

Majority of abortions are out of convenience. How about that for facts. Are you fact resist? Do you blindly believe all abortions are needed to cope with killing a baby?

A fetus is a separate body. You’re the incubator, but it is not your body. If it was your body, the abortion would kill you.

These women were forced by law to deliver skulless babies and watch them die, to suffer preventable infections from non-viable pregnancies.
