i'm suspicious of general parenting tonight

Lots of highly emotional posts alongside controversial posts, alongside very EXTREME SIL stories - what if your child died, when can child sleep away overnight, is my SIL overreacting, and even nurse at the zoo. I have a suspicion that someone is trying to fuel up the mommy wars. Can you check, Jeff?

It theory, she could be changing details in order to not out herself to her in-laws. I haven't read the threads and I am not accusing her of doing anything inappropriate. But since you seem to point to exactly these threads, there is probably something strange going on.

Well, I'd put you at beginning troll slaying. You got there was a troll, but were kind of off on the posts - you mentioned what if your child dies and nursing at the zoo and I think another that wasn't related. So there's room for improvement.

I guarantee those are troll threads. OP (of this thread) here. You can tell - I've been on these boards a long time and I feel like there are certain fingerprints. The combination of a highly emotional thread plus casual language, an OP who keeps adding more provocative things as she goes along, etc. The zoo thread may not fully fit the pattern but the first post made my spider sense tingle. Almost positive the what if your child died thread is a troll. Who titles the post like that? It's shock seeking.
