It's the most wonderful time of the year! I love reading these threads even in the years when I have no child in the AAP pot (I do have one this year). Time to pass the popcorn and enjoy the show! There's nothing on this forum that's more entertaining than the parent postings that occur between the initial letters and the end of the appeal cycle.

We got our letter today. Of course, DC got in. We knew she would, with all the prepping we did, like any good parent would. Our cat also got in, which was a bit of a surprise. We've always known he was exceptional, but his failure to always use the litter box affected his GBRS, which was unfair, IMHO. We all know cats are bored by traditional litter boxes. But we had him privately tested and appealed. I expect both to simply THRIVE in AAP.

"Obsessed"? Kinda strong language for a harmless, light-hearted poke at the springtime insanity known as AAP. Do you really take yourself and this process THAT seriously? Lighten up sister.
