Just because he has a pulitzer doesn't make him infallible. There has been significant reporting, and more important, DOJ filings and pleadiings, that confirm coordination.

Conspiracy would require more, like plans for what to do next, this was more like just walk over and occupy, they were not able to take over the government or to rule
