Harry wasn't there in England for Father’s Day. |
Should they have photoshopped him in? He wasn't there. |
Kensington Royal is the Cambridges’s account. There is no Cambridge Royal. Clarence House is Prince Charles’ account and they had a picture of him with both his sons. They also had a separate post wishing William a happy birthday, with just Charles and William. |
The photo of Prince Charles and Prince William was taken in December 2019 when Harry was in England. The snub is that that Cambridge Royal did not release one of many photos of Harry and William with their father. |
DP but there is NO Cambridge royal. The Cambridges released a photo of William with his dad and a photo with Kate and her dad. Not Kate and Pippa and James and their dad, not Harry and William and their dad- just the will and kate with their respective dads. If you can find a snub in that you're beyond help. |
Harry wasn't in England in December - he had already hightailed it to Canada after Meghan's tearful complaint that no one asked if she was ok after her all expenses paid tour to help those in need in Africa |
Kensington Palace = the Cambridges Clarence House = Charles & Camilla |
no one at this point In fact, she was never an influencer. She just moves along, trying hard to find her niche. Soon, she and H will be forgotten. can't happen soon enough |
I actually feel sort of sorry for them. They had the absolute worst timing possible for their attempt at independence. If they planned to make their income through speechmaking/personal appearances, that industry is gone and not coming back anytime soon. Corporate meetings are done for the foreseeable future, and even when coronavirus has burned out or there's a vaccine, I suspect that companies are going to be much more conservative about spending money on hiring celebrities to come hang out with their investors and such. I also don't think people in general are going to have much interest in hearing from incredibly privileged people talk about the "trials" they've faced in their life.
I honestly didn't understand what the business plan for their "foundation" was to begin with, since they were going to rely on other people's money to fund their charitable initiatives, but whatever chance that had of working is likely evaporated. If their book is really juicy, they might make some money off of that, but that would probably lead to them cutting their ties (and losing their income from) the royal family forever. I'm sure they would be just fine living a low-key life with their baby off of Daddy's money, but something tells me that's not what either of them had in mind. If it was, they'd just be living a quiet life in the English Countryside. It will be interesting to see where they end up. |
They can always go back to the BRF. |
A grifter and a drifter.
Irrelevant at this point. |
Meghan Markle felt unprotected by the monarchy during her pregnancy:
https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/royal-family/meghan-markle-court-case-mail-sunday-prince-harry-royal-family-duchess-sussex-a9596961.html “The Duchess of Sussex felt “unprotected by the institution” of the monarchy during “false” media reports that emerged when she was pregnant, court documents suggest. The papers come as part of Meghan’s legal action against the publisher of the Mail on Sunday and Mail Online with regards to the publication of extracts of a letter she sent to her father, Thomas Markle, in 2018.“ As always, it’s all about Meghan. If she could just have one ounce of grace and class, it would be nice. She was absolutely not suited to be royalty and I wish her and Harry the best as they navigate the rest of their lives. |
But we don’t know if there was a check or not. Unless you are also their accountant... |
British press is getting pulverized. Love to see it. |
What? How MM felt isn't really a part of anything. You can't sue for a feeling.
The BRF doesn't have a habit of protecting anyone against the news media. I get a feeling that Meghan expected them to counter every negative article and it doesn't really work this way over there. |
