thta fabric is rarely a good look on most women and especially on an older woman. She needs about 3-4 IPL treatments on her face to and then a little bit of botox and she could take 10 years off.

It looks like some kind of one piece, strapless undergarment that is a little snug around the leg openings, creating the bulges there.

Poor Fergie, that kind of satin material is VERY unforgiving and makes every bulge and roll pop. Honestly even younger, slimmer and more toned women can have trouble pulling that type of tight shiny dress off.
