It's a brief clip in the middle of a Patriot News thing about Dominion voting machines all stopping the count at the same time ("happened in other countries as well") while Trump was ahead (so, was he also running in other countries?) followed by the surge.

Or maybe when polls closed and the count of mail and dropoff ballots began?

Video was made by the same guy who made the video of Trump in the fighter plane dumping sh!t on the No Kings march. A bunch of prominent Republicans follow him including Harmeet Dhillon.
