Regardless of how you feel about James Comey (and he has a lot or enemies on the right and the left), he did nothing wrong (certainly nothing illegal) in posting a picture of sea shells on his social media. There is no case here, only overwrought grievance and outrage from the MAGA crowd.

Comey’s misogyny delivered us Trump. I don’t respect him at all. He’s a self-serving misogynist and attention seeker. He was way harder on Martha Stewart and Hillary Clinton than he has been on Trump or anyone in his orbit, all of whom have committed much, much more serious offenses. He holds men and women to different standards and treats them very differently. I have no nice words for him.

I think 86 means “get rid of” which likely means “impeach”, but I don’t give a damn if the GOP drags him for it. He’s getting a taste of his own medicine, actually.

No one cares about Comey. He doesn’t have minions lining up to do his bidding. The shells meant “throw out Trump.” Free political speech. Comey is getting a taste of the misery he caused in 2016 but at the expense of our 1st Amendment rights.
