Typically the victim has at least one witness saying the victim spoke to them contemporaneously about the incident.

+10,000. I learned about the Emhoff affair on DcUM and I read/listen to a range of news sources. DH hadn’t heard about it either until I told him and he is in a job in DC that has a political component. The bar is so low now for this sort of stuff (thanks Bill, Donald, and Hunter!) that it doesn’t have the same impact it might have in the past.

The source is not especially reliable but is really nothing these days. Just look at DonOLD. He brags about assault women. He's also a convicted rapist and felon. He paid off porn stars that he had an affair with campaign funds. The guy is 1000x worse.
